How can I order from website?

For the time being, the website is based on create a quote list and get offers. For to finalise the order, if the prices accepted by customer, then remain operation will be decided between customer and sales representative in directly conversations.

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards on our website including Swadeshi samridhi Card.

Why am I unable to place orders?

This could be due to the following issues:

  • Check if there is a Payment decline. Please click here to know more about Payment issues.
  • The item you have selected is out of stock.
  • There is some technical or internet connectivity issue.
  • Undeliverable to selected location/pin code.
How to track orders?

To track your package:

  • Go to Your Orders.
  • Check the Delivery partner name and AWB
  • Track the AWB on the courier partner website.
What to do if you receive a damaged, missing or wrong product?

If you are dissatisfied with the product's quality, you may file a complaint with the product within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by providing pictures of the damaged product and unboxing video of missing items along with the six sides of the carton box.

How will the refunded money be credited?

Refund timeline will depend upon the mode of payment done by you. For bank account it will take 5-7 working days and For Swadeshi samridhi card it will take 2-3 working days.
