CANCELLATION/RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
At ORDERME, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help. You will be able to cancel
product(s) from your order in multiple ways on ORDERME, namely:
- 1. Order Level Cancellation
- 2. PickUP/Dispatch Level Cancellation
1. Order Level Cancellation
- You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) in your order has been shipped/picked. Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be credited to your ORDERME Cash Wallet, which can be further used during your next purchase with us or may be transferred to your respective bank / card / wallet by
logging into your ORDERME Account (further Refund related details are provided below).
- In case, even a single product of the order has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order
- In case, the order contains product(s) which were purchased under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, in such cases order level cancellation will not be applicable.
2. Pickup/Dispatch Level Cancellation
- In case, the product has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual product or complete pickup/shipment.
- Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products which are part of shipment / package, if the shipment / package is out for delivery.
- If the product(s) are shipped through India Post delivery service, cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective product(s) which are part of the shipment / package, if the shipment/package is out for delivery.
Refunds
- Applicable refund against the Entire Order / Product / Shipment amount will be visible or added in your respective ORDERME Cash wallet.
- Once the refund amount is added in your ORDERME Cash wallet, you can use the credit to place future orders with ORDERME or request to initiate refund to your original source of payment can be made using 'Refund Back to Me' option.
- Cancelled orders will not be eligible for earning any rewards /loyalty points if any.
ORDER RETURNS POLICY
- At ORDERME, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
- Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
- Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, ORDERME shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
- If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
- You are entitled to a 100% refund against your order in case you received a product other than what you ordered or your order reached you in a distorted manner. If your order includes multiple items, partial returns of the required items is also possible. If products are purchased under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for return.
- Customer may make the return request within 48 hours from the receipt of Products, if product(s) so delivered is/are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications and/or found defective in nature. Further, the return request can not be made beyond the aforesaid period of 48 hours. We shall not accept the return request from the customer after expiration of the aforesaid time period.
Customer must ensure that the product(s) is in an unsued state before seeking a return and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the product.
The return request shall be accepted and entertained by us only for those products which comes under the returnable category defined under the policy.
- Any request for return will be subject to inspection of the Product. Once the replacement request is placed with the customer service, the logistics partner will arrange for a pickup of the Product from the address provided at the time of placing the order within 3 working days. Once the Product is received, it takes about 1 working day for inspection team to confirm on the return. On confirmation of the genuine need for return of the Product, we shall accept the return of the Product.

- All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

Fruits & Vegetables being of perishable nature are not subject to return.
Fruits and Vegetables order would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order
to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables, we will not be making reattempts to deliver
your fruits and veggies in case you miss your slot. |
Refunds

*Successful Return Order: If the inspection team confirm on the return then it will be taken as successful return order. In case inspection team doesn’t found the return product in its original packing or tempered conditions etc.
then order return will not be accepted and no refund will be executed.
Exchange Policy
- At ORDERME, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, and you want to exchange the product in that case you need to follow the following steps.
- Return the order for that particular product and get the refund in your ORDERME cash wallet.
- Reorder the product according to your requirement by using the amount kept in your ORDERME cash wallet.

Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit
card transactions are also accepted through Paypal.

All Credit card and Debit card payments on OrderMe are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks and payment gateway service providers. OrderMe uses latest 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information
while securely transmitting it for processing the payment.
OrderMe does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. The said information may however be stored by Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems of banks/payment gateways with authority to do so. Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information
regarding payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.
You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD)
Can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). In this case you pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. COD payments would be
accepted for orders with total invoice value up to Rs 2000/-.
Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
- When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"
- Our Customer Care team will call you to verify the details.
- Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for pickup/shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
- You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
- For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the OrderMe representative.
Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges will be charged by FIOPL as per the below rates:

Refund of Payment
If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered,
there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order
If Customer/Buyer disagree for return/exchange/refund/order cancellation, Customer/Buyer can file a dispute under Dispute Resolutions Policy.
Disputes (Resolutions) Policy
OrderMe have a Dispute Resolution process in order to resolve the disputes between Buyers and Sellers if any.
A 'Dispute' can be defined as a disagreement between a Buyer and a Seller in connection with a transaction on the Platform.
Dispute can be raised on the Following points:
- - Wrong item received
- - Damaged broken Product
- - Part/Accessory missing
- - Quantity not matched with the order item
- - Refund related
- - Exchange Related
- - Order Cancellation Related
- - Payment Related
Whenever there is a disagreement, the Buyer can write to dispute@OrderMe.co.in , Disputes can be raised at a particular transaction level.
What are the various types of 'disputes'? Buyers can file a dispute within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product. Seller customer care team will investigate the matter and revert within 15 days.
Any damage or loss to the product after delivery will not be covered under this program and will completely be the Buyer's responsibility. Buyers should refuse to accept delivery if the item is damaged.
User who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, OrderMe may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, of such User and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.
Decisions made by OrderMe under the Dispute Resolution Policy will be final and binding on its Users.
Disputes via Chargeback
Whenever a chargeback (CB) comes from a payment gateway/bank, following situations may arise:
Item not received CB - Buyer hasn't received the item. Refund will be created in accordance with the dispute policies.
Unauthorized CB - Buyer hasn't made this particular transaction. Refund will be created in accordance with the dispute policies.
